THOUGHTS ON LIFE
You take what 'er you're handed,
You don't fight or fuss or swear.
Whatever life decides to give,
Don't approach it with despair.
Believe that you can do it,
Don't ever lose your faith.
With help from God and friends,
Your worries dissipate.
No matter what your troubles,
Be it problems of any kind.
Just give it up - give it to God,
Only then, will you find peace of mind.
I realize this and so do you,
Sometimes it's hard to follow.
The things we have to deal with,
Are often hard to swallow.
It makes one strong and determined,
When life is full of woe,
That's when you seem to figure out,
Up! Is the only way to go!
C'mon! Climb aboard the life train,
It's route loads up, today.
Up through the pain and suffering,
Out of sorrow and decay.
Soon you'll see the sunshine,
White clouds and oceans, blue,
The flowers in the meadow,
Are blooming, just for you.
The world, you see, is shiny new,
It glows in colors of pearl.
Breathe in the air and start your life,
In an all-new, pain-free world.
We all must walk in the valley,
Feel the darkness by our side.
Hold hands with out heavenly Father,
See? There's nothing we can't abide.
For He promised to always be there,
Whenever we call His name.
Remember Faith, Hope and Charity,
Are the answers to this game.
Just reap your many blessings,
Take all your heart can hold.
Help others, who struggle so bravely,
To face life, being bold.Jay Cee ~~ ©
